Sunset Hills is STRICTLY adults only. All guests staying/booking must be 21+. We do not make any exceptions. We are the only property in Branson with this rule so there are many other places in Branson suited for families.

Sunset Hills has a strict NO PET policy. Absolutely no exceptions any time.

Although we are Adult's Only, we are NOT a nudest resort. Clothing/swimwear is mandatory!

Yes! Our hot tubs are fully functional year round. We repair any damages immediately so each guest gets this amenity.

Yes! Each unit is allotted one full bottle of propane per 3 nights

Yes! Our only requirement is that the grill must be used AWAY from the unit on the sidewalk to better prevent fires and you must be near the grill at all times while it is on.

We ask that you reach out to us in advance if you would like someone to come visit you during your stay. It is our goal to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests, so if you are requesting to have additional guests that are not staying with us, this needs to be approved first.

Yes! We just ask that you are respectful of other guests using the pool and put it away if it is taking up too much space.

Yes! There are a couple different places on property that you can park your boat/trailer while you stay, just give us a call so we can let you know which location would be best for your unit!

Yes! The swimming pond is the only thing shared on property between multiple guests.

Yes! All hot tubs are located on the back porches with privacy fencing all around.

Yes! Sunset Hills had five units available for nightly rentals.
