Sunset Hills is NOT pet friendly.
Our Anniversary package includes a bottle of champagne and rose petals (real or faux depending on availability) for $75.
Although we are Adult's Only, we are NOT a nudest resort. Clothing/swimwear is mandatory!
We do not currently have any grills on property. You are more than welcome to bring a portable grill! Our only requirement is that the grill must be used AWAY from the unit on the sidewalk and must be monitored the entire time it is lit.
Yes! We just ask that you are respectful of other guests using the pool at the same time as you.
Yes! There are a couple different places on property that you can park your boat/trailer while you stay, just give us a call so we can let you know which location would be best for your unit!
