All 5 of our units at Sunset Hills Cottages are strictly adults only. All guests must be 21+.

What is included in the Anniversary Package?

Our Anniversary package includes a bottle of champagne and rose petals (real or faux depending on availability) for $75.

Is this a nudest resort?

Although we are Adult's Only, we are NOT a nudest resort. Clothing/swimwear is mandatory!

Are there BBQ grills on the property?

We do not currently have any grills on property. You are more than welcome to bring a portable grill! Our only requirement is that the grill must be used AWAY from the unit on the sidewalk and must be monitored the entire time it is lit.

Can I bring a pool float?

Yes! We just ask that you are respectful of other guests using the pool at the same time as you.

Is there room for a boat/trailer?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There are a couple different places on property that you can park your boat/trailer while you stay, just give us a call so we can let you know which location would be best for your unit!
